A list of paraben-free deodorants, and other safe cosmetics
The FDA is bought and paid for by capital, and we can’t expect for profit corporations to give honest assessments of what’s considered safe, as history has repeatedly shown. The Environmental Working Group, or EWG, has compiled a list of known cosmetics and has detailed information about toxins or suspect chemicals. If you’re worried about exposure to parabens (or if, like me, you have an allergic reaction to aluminum, which is in many deodorants), this list can work wonders

I have an aluminum allergy, too, but have found that deodorants typically do not contain aluminum. It’s primarily found in anti-antiperspirants.
